Gingerbread Christmas Tree. In a large mixing bowl cream the butter brown sugar molasses cinnamon ginger ground cloves and baking soda together until the mixture is smooth. Place on greased baking sheets. Lay your pattern pieces on top and cut out with a knife or pizza cutter.

For 75cm and 45cm stars use cutters. Assemble the Gingerbread Tree. Place cookie sheets in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool completely. Using star templates and 75cm cutter cut out 3 stars of each size from dough. Cover and chill overnight.
